ABOUT ME
In 2006 I was in India for the first time and discovered my great passion for India, yoga and travel.
After many years of my own yoga practice, I returned to India for my own training as a yoga teacher. I received my AYA200 certification for Hatha Yoga and Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga there in the "Satyam Vedic Yoga School" in Rishikesh. This school imparts the traditional Indian yoga teachings.
It is precisely in this traditional way that I would now like to pass on yoga to my own students. I encourage everyone to try yoga for themselves. Because yoga is a lifestyle that is aimed at all people - regardless of their physical condition, shape, religion, origin, age and whether they are athletic or not. I dynamically adjust my lessons in terms of difficulty and always point out different execution options so that everyone can participate.

Due to my move to Perth, Australia, I now offer online classes, occasional seminars and workshops in Germany as well as trips to India.
