Get to Know Your Hosts
I am Steffi, a dedicated well-being mentor passionate about guiding you towards a healthy body, mind and soul. Inspired by my Indian yoga teacher Som, I founded Satyam Yoga.
This workshop is in collaboration with Helen Duke, founder of Hearts of Essence. Helen is a doTERRA Diamond Leader, Public Speaker, Workshop Facilitator & Certified AromaTouch Technique Trainer.
Our workshops create a nurturing space for transformation, sometimes joined by special collaborators who share our vision. We are here to empower your journey to balance. Join us to experience a time off from your daily routine with soulful connections!

Do I need any experience in yoga before I join the retreat?No experience is needed - our retreats welcome all levels, guiding you through yoga and mindfulness to nurture your well-being.
