I am Steffi, a dedicated well-being mentor passionate about guiding you towards a healthy body, mind and soul. Inspired by my Indian yoga teacher Som, I founded Satyam Yoga. My workshops create a nurturing space for transformation, often joined by special collaborators who share our vision. I’m here to empower your journey to balance.   • Do I need any experience in yoga before I join the retreat?
    No experience is needed - our retreats welcome all levels, guiding you through yoga and mindfulness to nurture your well-being.
  • What should I bring?
    Just bring an open mind, comfortable clothing and your own (yoga) mat.
  • How will this retreat benefit my daily life?
    You’ll leave recharged with a sense of calm and practical ways to integrate mindfulness and sustainable living into your routine.
  • Are the retreats held in-person or online?
    Our retreats are offered both in-person in Australia and Germany and online, ensuring you can join from anywhere with ease. Just check out the dates and location to get more details about the next workshop.
  • I am interested, but I can’t afford the workshop. What can I do?
    Please feel free to send me an email if you’re interested but can’t afford the costs of the workshop. We live in challenging times with high costs of living. Our vision is to make authentic yoga and mindfulness accessible to anyone, so please reach out if you have special circumstances.
  • Is this program right for me if I’m not sure what I need?
    I know how it feels to be stressed and unclear about the next step. This program starts with a personalized session to uncover your needs, guiding you to reduce stress and rediscover happiness in a way that feels right for you.
  • Do I need any special skills or experience to join?
    My program requires no prior experience - just a desire to manage stress and find joy, with personalized coaching to meet you exactly where you are.
  • How soon will I notice a difference in my life?
    I understand wanting to feel better fast - I was in your shoes, craving relief from stress. You’ll definitely see shifts in calm and happiness within our 3 months program, but with patience and consistency, your personalized program at the end will help you sustain those results long-term.
  • Will I have time for this program with my busy schedule?
    Your days are packed, and finding time feels tough. My 3-month program requires just 2-3 hours a week to work on yourself - a small, worthwhile investment to reduce stress and find joy, with flexible 1:1 sessions tailored to your schedule.
  • Will this program really work for my unique situation?
    The free discovery call lets us explore your needs together, and I’ll be honest if my 3-month program isn’t the right fit, ensuring you feel confident moving forward.
